No. The game is free to play. While the server is in beta we take no money from anyone, and nobody on the staff will ever ask you for any. Anyone who does is not us — see the code of conduct.

The game holds your character in memory while you are playing and writes it back when you log out, so anything the website changed in the meantime would be overwritten and lost. Rather than let that happen quietly, the site refuses the change and asks you to log out first.

Read the code of conduct first — items lost through sharing an account or trading with someone are not restored. Change your password immediately in your account panel.

Please report it rather than use it. Using a bug is treated the same as cheating; a prompt report is genuinely appreciated.
